PAY ATTENTION: If you've chosen the speciality, you can change it only in the same academical group (first two numbers in the speciality code).
create a new application
You can apply on the education-in-russia.com website. It's an official website for the Russian Government scholarship. First of all you need to create an account there, after that you need to fill the application for 2025-2026 study year.
upload your documents
During the first stage you need to upload your passport and diploma's (issued no earlier than in 2020!) scan. It's better if you also upload some academic or sport achivements on the site.
send your application for verification
Carefully check all the information you uploaded on the application and send it.
prepare for the stage 2
After your application accepted you need to prepare for the second stage.
Usually applicants have an interview with russian universities and representatives of Russian Embassy (February-March). Some countries don't have the interview at all. No written tests will be given.

At the Embassy you should make the notarised translation of your passport and educational document. Moreover, you need to undergo medical check-up (including the absence of hepatitis, tuberculosis, HIV).

get an invitation for visa
For scholarship students the invitation will be issued online on the education-in-russia.com website. Universities don't provide invitation for scholarship students.

Visa will be issued for 3 months, when you come to Russia, you will get a multivisa (state fee for multivisa - 1 920 rub).

Please, inform us at least for 7 days before arrival to Russia.

The term starts on 1 September! Plan to arrive at the end of August.
